$16.90 for a plate. If you over fill according to them, they charge you $3 extra, but today, they say you have too much on a paper plate and threaten to charge $5 extra. There is no signage to say otherwise, pure greed driven and so many only put a little on there plate but still charge full price. Food can be cold at times but its not cheap. A lot of the time they make a lot of money and sometimes they make less but they never lose. I was extremely unhappy with this...

the food is usually alright (about what can be expected from a serve-yourself chinese food place in a food court) but one time i went to buy a plate and there was just...no one at the store front? i waited for a good five minutes and even tried calling for a staff member through the kitchen window but it was dead silent. not sure what happened there, but i ended up getting...

The Shangri-la provides food choices with the self-service option. It is not a huge range of food options, but it was enough. The rice was perfectly cooked. The chilli chicken and spicy chicken were great choices as well. The chilly sauce brought the rice to another level. The serving person was friendly, supportive, and quick. It could be an easy stop for a meal...
