Someone who is knowledgeable about meat please correct me. I have been to this shop for a few times for their wagu, and I buy pork rib occasionally. The first 4 pictures shows my purchase today, I brought the meat back and asked the staff that if the meat (half fat half meat with skin on) was pork belly, they said no it was definitely rib and they were sorry about me bought the wrong meat, and the thing I was looking for on the last picture isnât pork rib, it is call baby back. The quality of the meat is second to none plus Bob and Dean Mundy make a great range of (award winning) sausages, smallgoods and, I reckon the best ham steaks I've ever eaten! The service couldn't be more friendly and they know their meat and how it can be cooked. There's always a new cut or a new line of meat, seafood and other items you don't see in most suburban butcher's shops. They do outstanding Christmas hams; they carry duck and try their best to source special items.
