Treats on Franklin — Restaurant in Hobart

It's hard to describe Treats on Franklin because when the food is just so amazing and fresh, and I have only been disappointed there on a few different occasions simply because they have run out of the most what l think are the best vanilla slice in Tasmania l always get a milkshake as the milk is always cold and there serviced in the old fashioned aluminum cup ...but the staff are as amazing as the food and always greet you with a smile 😃 great job guys and thank you for all the great food...

Recently went into this cafe for a change from banjos. Wish I didn’t waste my money or time. Lunch rush was busy I understand that. But I ordered a hot pie had to wait as didn’t have any in the pie heater. Only to find out they were only microwaving them to order. When I received my soggy mess of a pie , I left .. two steps down the road I found a nice spot to sit and eat my pie only to find it was ice cold in the centre a common issue if your microwaving the food in...

Lindisfarne is lucky to have this fantastic cafe on its doorstep. Such good value. Simple delicious food and great service, no wonder it’s busy every day.

The fruit loaf which is freshly baked on Tuesdays, I believe, is a beautiful loaf with just the right amount of sweetness.

The vanilla slices and cream puffs are incredibly delicious, creamy but also crunchy pieces of pastry!

The only thing wrong with this shop is that it's closed on Saturday...
