My experience with this store was great. Very friendly staff that contacted me prior to shipping my order. Postage was quick too! Definitely will give the company 5 stars for service, unfortunately I can't say the same for the item I bought (a 5kg weighted sloth plushie for my special needs class). The item is a Wild Republic sloth that has been gutted and had a 5kg bag inserted in the back (not sure by who, but I tried to search up the product through Wild Republic and couldn't find a 5kg weighted one). All the weight is in his body, so can't be dispersed over shoulders, stomach, and legs whilst being hugged as I had initially hoped.. The back does up with press-studs which aren't suitable for my classroom at all. He's also got all manner of stray threads and dirt through his fur (I suspect that is Australia Post's fault to be honest as his box looked like they'd run it through a dump truck a few times before delivery). Would still give 5 stars for service and customer support though. In the end he'll just have to be mine and not go into...
