Friendly staff! A great little brewery that we happen to come across by chance. The $20 tasting paddle is a fun & affordable way of trying 5 of the beers & cider on offer. You can also buy beer to take home in amber glass growlers (2 sizes), or prepacked cans. If you're after some nibbles, cheese platters can be ordered, as well as bags of chips, beer nuts & jarred pickles.

Separate male & female restrooms available at the back of the brewery. With a baby change table available in the female restroom. Both looked to be wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking on-site & on the street.

At first we thoroughly enjoyed the tasting paddle. However when we ordered a middy & schooner, we noticed the beer didn't feel very cold. It wasn't a particularly warm day & it was our first visit, so not sure if this is the norm? Maybe it heightens the flavours of a craft beer? We're big fan of ice cold beers, however we'd definitely be back the next time we come...

Whilst on a trip down the South Coast, we tried out the family owned and operated brewery in Gerringong, where they produce handcrafted beer and cider on site. From Lager to Pale Ale, IPA, NEIPA, a nitro vanilla stout and mango oat cream sour, you’re in for a treat. Grab a beer paddle and decide on your favourite!

The brewery itself is quite small, with x Beer vats occupying the left hand side, a small bar and taps on the right and tables with space for about 30 guests. Since it is small, and quite popular, you may be in for a little bit of a wait.

In terms of food, they sell crisps, grazing plates and on our day of visit there was a food...

We recently hired Stoic Brewing out to celebrate our Engagement party. Right from the very first interaction with the venue via Ashleigh (Events Manager) it was such a brilliant and easy experience. Everything was handled prior to the day of the event so we could just relax and enjoy the party when we arrived. The service on the night was excellent, never a wait at the bar and our guested really enjoyed the food as well! Stoic handled dietary requirements really well and was able to cater for all of our guests. Overall such a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to have another event here again or just pop in for a beer. Thanks to the whole...

A friend was displaying her art at the brewery. Our group had previously travelled together and whilst the art was adorning the walls of this establishment, we decided to have a get together over lunch. I had been there before but never on the mezzanine level. The view was amazing and with my friend’s paintings gracing the walls, the ambiance was delightful. The menu was mostly burgers but one could order sans the bread. Some of the group were inclined to low carb options. The beer came in a number of styles but wine also available. Nice ambience, the host very obliging, and for lunch, it was a winner.
