Never in my years of going to a restaurant have I ever experienced such horrible customer service. The women working at this restaurant (blonde, with a nose septum piercing and the other an elderly woman) were absolutely horrible and rude. We arrived at the restaurant and waited at the front for someone to attend to us, no one showed so we started filling in our details to enter the restaurant. We basically reached the last page of entering our details when someone finally came over.. did not greet us and then rudely said "ID's". My friend who entered the restaurant before us did the same and basically got threatened to leave by security if he didnt wait for someone to come and check him in. He then went to get some drinks, he placed his order, the blonde woman behind the bar grabbed the glasses out and then rudely walked away to serve the front counter and just left the order unfinished. The elderly women then came over and said rudely "what do you want" and my friend mentioned what happened. She then rudely said "well what do you want" and then completed the order.

This kind of service is disgusting and these women need to learn a bit of common courtesy and some manners. Its not hard to put a smile on and serve your customers with some respect.

The lunch we ordered was good. So I have no negative comments on the food in this venue.

However after lunch, two of our friends went into the gaming room. One was on the machine and the other was standing with him and one woman who worked there, came over and growled at our friend saying "you cant stand there, get on a machine or get out".

The management of this venue needs to have some serious conversations with their staff. I will make sure to tell my family and friends about this...

Wow! Been coming here for years but tonight was probably the best steak that Ive ever had here! Nice, succulent, rare, nicely seared on the outside… tasty scotch fillet… magnificent. I ordered it with the surf n turf sauce and it was amazing, garlicky, cheesy goodness with little bits of onion it was devine…. Only drama was the equivalent of two prawns (4 half prawns), so that’s why it’s four star experience. I have complained in the past and got extra prawns but paying $8-$9 for two prawns in cheesy sauce is a bit rich… Other than that, the staff have really picked up their game here and are extra attentive and friendly and they were serving us beers as quickly as we drank them. Praise be to the management who’ve lifted up the place with the food and the service! Great atmosphere, lots to do here from watching the footy on TV, having a punt at the TAB, a dabble on the pokies or a durry out the back while you watch the footy or races on TV…. presented today for my 18th birthday at 12:08pm. asked about a drink, if they still had it was a genuine question as arrived 1 minute ago was greeted by staff in pig tails on 14/09/2025 and guy with beard. who thought i was being sarcastic which wasn’t the case. the two began to be nothing but mean refusing service due to mine and my friends behaviour. tried to make peace buy saying thank u very much once receiving our drinks but they took this as sarcasm began to be rude and blunt flirting at the bar shut the bar at 12:46pm. i don’t understand because i am nothing but nice and do no mean trouble but them saying “ test me test me” as i ask them what’s the limit of drinks to buy is insulting obviously i would not know it is my birthday i do not intend to be kicked out and u can defend your staff but if u look back at cameras you can 100% see my truth. quite upset with the reaction with staff i did nothing i then refused to get anything from the bar for my birthday as i was to scared of them. never...
