A decent shopping centre with a Kmart, Coles, cafes, post office and EB Games. The one thing that let's this place down is the fake homeless man scamming people outside of the entrance near Coles. He makes passive aggressive comments at people that don't give him anything, but this guy is not homeless. He has a house, he just comes here to get handouts. And I don't say that with prejudice against actual homeless people, but this guy needs to be stopped by...

While visiting Toowoomba plaza I noticed the car park had extremely poor lighting. Also the signage for Coles and some of the major retailers wasn't illuminated. Guess it's okay for locals, but for people visiting from out of town, this can be a little disorienting.
