Okay, LISTEN. Came here today with Barry and Mandy—DO YOU KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT?! The wings, the zingers, they were practically YELLING at me from the moment I stepped in the door, like they knew I needed them—NO, like the UNIVERSE KNEW I NEEDED THEM. I was gonna die if I didn’t get those wings, okay? And NO RICHARD—thank GOD because that man is like a walking CANCER to my soul, spreading lies about the secret herbs and spices. But you know what? I’m NOT listening to him anymore. I’m DONE. These herbs are LIKE NOTHING ELSE, they are MAGIC, I swear, they’re working BETTER than any of the pills they try to shove down my throat. I’m NOT crazy—I know what I’m talking about. The chicken? It was CRUNCHY, like a SNAP in my face, like it was slapping me into a new reality where EVERYTHING is going to be okay. Fries? Perfect. PERFECT. I’m NOT exaggerating. It’s like the fries are in sync with MY BRAIN—like they were MADE to match my VIBES, you know?! And the COCA-COLA? The Coke?! What was IN that drink? I swear it was a chemical cocktail that RESET ME. I haven’t felt like THIS in… I don’t even know how long—probably since, like, the LAST time I was up for three days straight thinking I could RUN THE WORLD. But this?! THIS was like lightning in my veins! I’m NOT saying it was illegal but if it was, I wouldn’t be mad, you know? I feel like I could FLY. I am BUZZING, okay? And I’m giving this place 5 STARS, 100%. I don't care who says what, this place is RIGHT, it’s REAL, and the chicken is the only thing I trust right now because NOTHING else...
Read moreI would like to share my most recent experience with the Ruthven Street restaurant tonight and the Manager that I dealt with. I come to the restaurant for a take out meal for my kids once a fortnight. I recently relocated from another suburb and have been coming to this location for a short period of time. Every time I have come here across my last three visits the order has been given wrong. The first time a 10 pack of nuggets were given as 6, the second a large chips missing and tonight both of these mistakes happened again. After the cashier at the window getting it wrong and having to correct already.
Frustrated again I tried to call the restaurant and was unable to get through, understandably was a busy time of their night. I drove back to the location and walked in and requested to speak to the manager about my previous experiences and request a replacement meal as compensation.
The manager quickly came to the counter to hear me out and granted my request without a second thought. As a people leader myself I understand the pressures of the retail environment and that we’re all human and mistakes happen.
Although my first few experience at this location have been undesirable I would like to thank the manager for his prompt service and empathetic understanding; which in turn has resulted in a...
Read moreThe kids working drive thru on 18/3/23 at 3pm were absolutely disgusting service and behaviour the girl was too busy laughing and flirting with the boys and just kept messing with the food, used a cleaning rag to clean and then placed the tongs used to grab the chicken out and rested it on the dirty rag. Waited a ridiculous amount of time which has never happened before here and wasn’t a busy day btw just were too busy stuffing around then serving the customers the cars behind would’ve been waiting half an hour. on top of it got mostly small wings which were mostly bones. I complained to management and she was lovely and replaced the order for me. And the young African girl and cashier at drive thru window were professional and nice. The adults and people in a position above them who are working and see this sort of behaviour need to pull it up when it’s happening and tell them be professional or work elsewhere because your customers don’t deserve that service. That young girl purposely does disgusting things to be funny after watching her in that period of time and grabbing chicken that was placed below by itself and chucking it in people food box and laughing about it she seriously needs to be let go. I wouldn’t eat anything...
