Dined in last night and the amount of money it cost compared with the food quality was prohibitive. $23.95 plus $4.95 all you eat and drink $28.90 per person and kids 13.95 plus 4.95 $18.90 total. Total cost for our party was $162.30 of 7. It was Friday night 6:30 and there were no pizzas in the buffet for around 30 minutes, no garlic bread, no chips and no pasta. I asked one of the staff walking past if there was more food coming out and they said yes it’s being made now. Around 20 minutes later there were people standing around with empty plates waiting for anything to come out of the kitchen to which a single pizza came and another lady asked are there more coming out this isn’t good enough. I added that for the money there should be a fully stocked pizza buffet for a Friday night. It took around another 15 minutes of waiting for 3 more pizzas to arrive which was quickly consumed by the waiting people and kids. Pasta and chips and garlic was eventually restocked. Poor running of the dine-in section to which only somewhat pleases a nostalgia but the cost verses the actual experience was terrible. Customers should not ever have to ask staff to restock their “all you can eat” buffet. It’s your job to keep customers happy and wanting to come back but you continue to fail in this department and focus on store profit over customer experience. At the time of writing this if we had of stayed at home for the equivalent money for the same amount of people we could have got delivered to our house from Pizza Hut 13 pizzas and 13 sides (1.25l drinks, chips or garlic bread). You can’t compare the dine in experience to any other restaurant as the food selection was non existent for most of the night and by the time some randomly chosen pizza came out it was quickly devoured. Salad bar was nothing to be excited about, the area around the drinks and soft serve needed a deep cleaning as the smell of the ice cream put me off having any and muck and grime stuck to the walls near the soft drinks was a food safety risk. From the previous bad dine in reviews this understocked buffet issue has been going on for a long time to which no action has been taken to fix their issues. Something needs to dramatically change before I ever step foot into the place again. Utterly...
Read moreFirst ordeal was we ordered 6 pizzas for delivery. ETA delivery 30 minutes. 50 minutes I call the Restraunt and they said we are busy tonight and shouldn’t be too much longer. At 1h 30minutes it still wasn’t here and the driver on the map was turned off. I rang again and said look just forget it I want a refund the manager said it’s ok will be there very soon for you. I said we are all hungry if I had of known we be waiting almost 2 hours we would have order something else. At 1h50m the pizzas arrived no apology. I rang the restaurant back to complain that this is definitely not good enough for over $100 worth of late food. The manager said I’ll give you a free pizza next time. So I’m my inbox I have 2 free medium pizza vouchers. I drove to the store and ordered in person, I said I’d like to use this and I’m also ordering two pizzas. She didn’t know how to enter the voucher into the till, so I had to wait for the manager. He said oh you after free pizza? I said yes I just ordered two and this is a few one when you buy one. He looked at it and said no problem. 30 minutes later (told 20) picked up the pizzas and then asked where is the third pizza and the manager said, sorry no free pizza tonight I’m too busy. I said ok but I needed the third pizza, he said you can order another, I said no thanks and walked out shaking my head. Honestly this store manger is the worst ever and needs to be retrained on how we actually need to run a legitimate business and not his own way which by the other reviews shows you they are terrible. Only maybe if your lucky you won’t experience what the majority of what other people have to experience there. Will not be going back to this shonk! I should actually be refunded for my free pizzas vouchers that can’t be redeemed just incase they hate having...

Pricing is absolutely outrageous and this is reflected by the ghost town the dinning room was...$60.00 for 2 adults...that's alot of pizza to get through...
Pizza and pasta did eventually come out but felt like a stuggle actually getting food on the buffet for the paying customers that were there...
I will note that the food was fresh and warm and cannot be faulted so congratulations on this all important part of the dinning experience. Pizza and pasta was great, salad bar was fresh and delicious, and desserts were fantastic.
First table we tried was horribly off balance and male facilities were absolutely filthy so this was a let down....
However the most concerning aspect for me was the tvs in the dinning room were switched off and the room was very dark giving off the vibe the place wasn't open for business and hanging on by a thread...Not exactly the vibe you want to put out to attract customers and again this was reflected by how empty it was..
I can tell you if Gordon Ramsay came to visit he would absolutely lose his mind at all the missed potential this place has...
There is still so much potential for dine in Pizza Hut to work and be a hit in the modern world but you guys aren't even trying anymore...Seriously do better I...
