We travelled 45 minutes to Lara to grab some meat from Lara Quality Meats as it was recommended to me as a top notch butcher who know their stuff for various quality meat for Low and slow cooking.

Andrew and the team certainly did not disappoint with not just an Awesome range of meat and the most extensive range of quality Brisket, Beef Ribs, Boston Butt, specialty Sausages among other meats we’ve come across in a butcher yet. But it was also the great advice and honest recommendations provided.
