Jai Thai Lara — Restaurant in Lara

My partner and I went for dinner tonight as we'd not had anything planned and wanted a decent meal for date night. From the moment we stepped in we were surrounded by a welcoming warmth and pleasant, softly played music. The service was prompt, and nice from start to end and the food served was absolutely delicious. I had ordered the P. Grapow with beef and jasmine rice which was perfectly powerful without being overbearing, amazing with every bite. My partner ordered the Khao Pad Fried Rice with chicken, and she is a normally picky eater who's never been a fan of Thai food but ate the whole dish very quickly !!!!!!

Food was great .For some unknown reason we had a lack of service .Had to ask the waitress over every time we wanted something starting at getting wine glasses .Seemed to be ignored .Quite bizzare.Unfortunately will not be going back because of lack of service .Food was really good .We were the only dine ins at 5.15 .Seemedpreoccupied with takeaway. After not getting served for 20 mins and having to ask just to get wine glasses and then having to ask a waitress for everything after that something was obviously NQR. Waitresses were nice but didn't seem to be present .Maybe you need to go later .Other tables that came in later didn't look like...

Did phone order, someone else took the order as I stood there and when they realised they said the other customer can just return it and it would be fine.

I asked for a new order as it would have been cold and someoneelse nightdress eaten it, as the order had left the restaurant for over 15+ minutes.

20 minutes later when he returned it, I reconfirmed they were remaking the order, which wasn't appreciated.

They offered the other customer a refund and a coke, but nothing to me.

I've been waiting here for 40 minutes, it is almost funny.
