I absolutely love shopping at Alba Cheese for my monthly cheese supply. They have an incredible selection of cheeses, including ricottas, and also offer a few specialty cheeses and butter from Italy, as well as Greek cheese and goat cheese. You can choose to buy big blocks of cheese or have them cut it into smaller pieces for you. They even have pre-packaged options in the fridge. The staff at Alba Cheese are fantastic, always friendly, and ready to offer great suggestions. I wish I could remember their names to mention them here! What I particularly enjoy about shopping at Alba Cheese is that it's located in an area with many other shops offering competitive prices. There are grocery shops, tea shops, butchers, coffee shops, a pasta warehouse, and fruit and vegetable shop nearby. This makes it incredibly convenient as I don't have to make a special trip just for cheese. A big thank you to the Alba Cheese team and the lovely ladies in the shop. I highly recommend shopping here!

About 70 years ago, in the mountains of Sortino, Italy, Luciano Bongiorno taught his two sons, Mario and Gaetano, the family secret to make the, traditional Italian cheese. Latet during 1960s, the two brothers came to Australia and started their own cheese-making company with a small but dedicated team who believed in their vision and called it Alba Cheese. Slowly and steadly Alba Cheese became a household name. A visit to this factory outlet is a plesant experience to understand their products.

Thanks to Alba Cheese for the array of amazing delicious cheeses that help create the most incredible Cheese Platter. Starting from the decadent Pecorino that was flawless in taste to the soft bocconcini that complimented the fresh tomatoes. This was truly a delicious spread in which created the perfect evening surrounded with loved ones and high quality cheeses. I highly recommend you visit the store to create your own experience!

I’ve been buying cheese from Alba for many years and have been satisfied. Today I went in to buy some grated parmesan cheese which I have done on many occasions and it was provided in a plastic bag from the counter tub. As I returned to the car the cheese felt stale through the plastic bag. I kept feeling it all round on the plastic bag and it had a texture that was evidently very dry. I took it back to the shop and asked the woman at the deli to try it which she reluctantly did with her fingers. Although she did offer a full refund it begged the question ā€˜what has changed’ about Alba to have let their quality produce slip? I hope they checked all other stock on hand because this quality provided to me was totally unacceptable and should not be sold...
