Disastrous and disappointing. Asked for a lash lift. My long natural lashes were curled into my eyelids. Over-curled and over-processed. My natural lashes are ruined and look like shriveled up dead spiders. Cannot undo this damage. My lashes are completely ruined and now I have to wait months for them to regrow. Not only was that upsetting, but instead of being concerned, Brenda said how dare I criticize her work. She could not apologize for her mistake and take on feedback. Inexperienced and unprofessional. Extremely upsetting. Never again

I did indeed request a dramatic look. I said long and glam. I was not expecting that that meant to be curled into the back of my eyes making my lashes appear like they have shrunk. As an experienced technician I would have assumed that Brenda would want to accentuate the natural lashes however what was done was the opposite. And then Brenda proceeded to blame me for her mistake. I tried oil as advised and that did not help. I spoke to several experienced lash techs who all said the same thing - that the lashes are over curled and over processed. Oil cannot fix that. I have had to pay to get my lashes chemically straightened to make them look somewhat more normal again. Instead of trying to rectify the problem, Brenda told be because I was unhappy with her work she does not want to see me again. And further more sent me several abusive messages which I found absolutely unprofessional...
