The guy serving was arrogant. Asked to pick up a mat that my friend was standing on. Before my friend (a somewhat older gent) had a chance to shift, the guy bent down and literally pulled the mat out from under my friend's feet. When comments were made, the guy serving made no apology or even acknowledgment. And was arrogant in his interaction about coffee sizes etc. The croissant was mediocre and the other staff serving put it in a paper bag (we were eating in), and had to be asked to heat it up - no offer. Large coffee was weak. Small one was ok. Both served in paper cups despite not eating take away....

I drive past nearly every day and there is always many people waiting so I don't bother but I was very early today. I got there around 6.45am and ordered an almond latte with 3 shots (really needed caffeine), a cookie, banana bread and chicken pesto sandwich for lunch. Almond latte is good and so is the banana bread. Yet to eat the cookie and sandwich.
