I went to Bigfield this evening just after work, but prior to that I swing past the Tabet bakery and picked up some Lebanese bread as i always do. Walked in Bigfield and picked up few vegetables and went to counter to say that I bought the bread from somewhere else, the woman at the counter wouldn’t believe me and she insisted she wants to see the receipt which I never had! I said you can check your cameras and see that I literally just waked in 7 minutes ago, and i was holding the $2 bread before entering. It’s not enough that it was embarrassing that she’s accusing me of stealing when I just paid for all the stuff that I bought, she had an attitude and continued doing what she’s doing, and never apologized or acknowledged that she was wrong! She was not impressed and still not convinced, she said No thank you and no have a good day! And I felt so uncomfortable walking out of the shop! Also, when I got home, I opened the panet of cherry tomatoes and they were soft and 2 of them were moldy! Great experience! Thanks

I shop here regularly but the veg and fruit have been disappointingly bad recently. My dad (90yo) did a shop and managed to get the smallest cauliflower half I've ever seen for $3 which happens to be inedible as it is old and starting to rot! There isn't enough of it to cut off the rotting bits!!! It's my dad's fault for not looking but it shouldn't be on the table for sale! and a quarter cabbage for $3.34 which is so not worth the price. I would not recommend buying fruit and veg here anymore. go to Woolies or aldi. Am so angry at the waste of money and food.

I have given 2 stars because they are consistently cheaper than other stores however I have recently discovered why that is from a friend who works in the industry. Most products go off very quickly, much faster than Woolworths or Aldi. The last few times I've been there they actually were more expensive too. But why I am writing today is because they have chopped the florets of this broccoli so most of what you buy is the stem. This is dishonest and shameful. Please go back to the integrity you once had when you first opened.

I’m not someone to mean harm to any business but today I took my mum for grocery & veggie shopping like every week and my mum is one of those customers that never walks out with less than a $150 bill as she has a big family… at the register she placed a watermelon on the counter to pay for and as she turned around to grab the rest of the veggies the watermelon rolled and fell on the floor and broke into pieces… the girl at the register still took the watermelon and weighed it and charged her for it while in pieces and juice running everywhere… I work in hospitality myself and when a customer drops something I always replace it for them at no extra cost, accidents do happen and it’s not like she dropped it herself… It could be my anger talking at the moment but I didn’t like the treatment at all… I was very disappointed by the customer service and the way the situation was handled … she could have at least offered my mum to grab another...

Bad experience service at deli yesterday when I brought at the meat area the two lady’s at the service they see I was waiting to be served and few people comes which is the two lady’s service the people who was after me instead of me who was there first I understand that they do there job but it was out of line the way they did. Finally after they served all the others they come to me and said what do I want to get no manners by start saying the property how to service people. This two kind of people shouldn’t be working at the deli service. Since they open I always go there to get my meats but now I won’t go there anymore and I will tell my family and friends to never go and get meats at this area bad bad service can’t imagine if the do this to me then how many people have they done this. This is not the first time or second time this more more time and I always think that their busy I understand but this time I...
