Look, I know there really isn't anyone at fault here, but there are three main demographic that frequent this place... 1. The elderly, who walk so slow everywhere they go and take up whatever walkway they're on, preventing anyone from getting around them, they usually don't even know what they need or want when they're there so they end up being in people's way and they can't possibly wrap their heads around the self checkout at Woolies for the life of them, yet they consistently persist at trying to use it, which subsequently wastes so much of other people's time, but at the same time if they go to a normal checkout, essentially it's like they're there to be an inconvenience to others. 2. The disrespectful derelict teens, most likely coming to and from the highschool across the road, constantly loud, obnoxious and cringey. 3. The "junkie" looking kind of person, who is really just an older version of the teenagers.

I can't understand how an 'outdated' look can get in the way of your shopping experience. If the place was poorly maintained or dirty, that would be a different story, but despite it's old look, all the facilities you'd expect in a modern day shopping mall are there.
If this place was losing traffic and was full of vacant stores, I could see the need for some modernisation, but I've been here a few times and it's been buzzing with activity with plenty of open storefronts. I would come here for the 80's...
