Broadway Kebabs — Local services in Melbourne

Since moving to Reservoir in early 2022, I found this kebab shop of good quality food and service; however, I'm not sure if the owners have changed, but the service and food quality has decreased tremendously.

Today I ordered a mixed Kebab Meal and the lady at the counter was more concerned listening to music in hear airpods than taking my order. This caused her to get my order wrong (lamb only), which the quality and taste was very poor (not tender meat, but fill of nerves). Upon complaining, they refused to provide a refund. The guy yelling behind the counter does not even speak English, but seems to think he knows it all.

I really didn’t even wanted to give 1 star, But it doesn’t let me go ahead, I have been to this place number of time when their use to be different owner of the shop. They use to cook their meals so delicious that we use to come back to them again and again and very Welcoming

Don’t know whether the owner changed or new management came, their food has been downgraded, same their hospitality Specifically with the GOZLEME, Earlier it use to damn delicious and perfectly cooked.

No eftpos machine which was shocking and I had to go and get money from atm. No one at service when I went there, there was just one person in the kitchen or somewhere inside and he came out when I shouted hello few times. I got falafel for $8.50 which is too expensive and was not worth that price. It was some what good falafel but not perfect. The shop looks poor in decoration, especially the entrance door.
