Chapmans Point has what I consider to be the best views from Arthurs Seat. On a clear day it offers stunning views stretching from McCrae to Port Phillip heads, Queenscliff, the Bellarine peninsula, and the You Yangs to the west. Located in the distance are two islands, the larger is mud island, a wild life reserve. The much smaller island is South Channel fort, a decommissioned sea fort dating...

Nice lookout, but just a lookout (no tables, benches, toilets etc.). Couple of parking lots for cars and car-sized campers, but no space for proper campervans etc. 5 minutes to Arthur's Seat Summit.
