My husband and I frequent Coles Casey Central at least 3 days a week and have always found the staff very kind and helpful...up until today. We went through a checkout that was manned by a woman named Tracey. We went through her checkout at 10.23am on 20/09/2023 receipt no.7600. We noticed that she was rude to the customers ahead of us. And then it was our turn...She kept insisting if I had a Flybuys card, which I did and I also have a discount card, which both of I was trying to get them out of my purse. She totalled the purchases before I had time to put my cards under the scanner, to which she said " You are supposed to do that earlier"! I looked up at her and waited for her to give me the green light so I could scan my cards and she sighed as though it was a hard task. Then I said "Wait, I have a discount card " and she was obviously very aggressively looking at us. I have never been served by her before, maybe she is new? Read moreWorst customer service. My wife got told to use self service due to not enough registers being open then when she asked for help the service rep says "You have 2 hands. Use them!!!! To top it off the manager takes a vote with other customers at the top of his lungs laughing on whether or not she is being unreasonable!!!! She took a photo of the manager so she can put a complaint in to head office and he tried to snatch her phone out of her hands then another staff member (who had nothing better to do but had to stick her nose in as she obviously has no life of her own) started taking photos of her with her personal phone. Think an abundant amount of training is in order for management and staff. If you are looking for even a basic level of customer service, DO NOT go to this store!!!! Springhill is the better option At least their staff are courteous and respect their customers. Well done coles on once again failing to adequately train your staff with appropriate customer...
Read moreDue to coles incompetence online services for click and collect today we will not be ever using it again... it was our worst experience, I had a hiccup at the beginning with it being under my name not my partners name like it was and Coles casey central were very helpful in helping me when I had made a mistake. But back to why I will never use online shopping again some things sent in an email which wasn't mentioned at checkout and was paid for, there were two items unavailable so I removed them and then once my order went through i got an email saying this and that wasn't available mind you still paid for. Some things we didn't get weren't even mentioned in the email of things that couldn't be provided to our order so unsure what I do there.
