the waitress give eaten meal (just started by other customer) took from other customer and gave to me a my 'new meal'
Shocked ! I didnt realise until i left my partner told me what happened behind my back...waitress said 'this is yours' and i paused and the customer behind me quickly said 'i will take that its mine' and he was eager to get it off the waitress... i thought the customer was rude trying to take my meal and impatient because he partner was served too early but in fact now i know what happened he was nice trying to get it back because he had half eaten it and was being polite because he didnt want me to get his half eaten meal. This happened because the waitress accidentally give my meal to him but instead of dealing with it she took it from him and tried to give to me, its disgusting. never again especially with COVID to do that and try and pass it off half eaten to another customer instead of telling admitting the mistake is awful. When i went to pay the waitress said sorry i assumed she was apologising for the rude customers but actually it was the opposite, i was like 'yes hes rude trying to snatch my meal' she went along with it but she had another chance to say it was all her fault. . I feel bad to the customer as gave him a bad look. When my partner told me what happened after we left i raced back to say sorry to him as i was angry at the wrong person, he was gone so if you are reading im sorry i thought you were being rude but you are not and really nice. to the waitress you should be...
Read moreI often visit this restaurant with my mum for lunch and today spent over $60, only to leave feeling humiliated. I had ordered Qabili, but what was served was just plain rice, no meat simply just a bone 💀, and it was cold and undercooked to the point where it couldn’t even be cut. I politely pointed this out and mentioned that if it was simply a mistake, I’d appreciate if it could be corrected, as I didn’t want to escalate the situation over something small.
However, instead of addressing the issue respectfully, the woman who claimed to be the chef insisted the plate was complete and accused us of having already eaten it, which was completely false as the dish was untouched. We never asked for a replacement, just for the original issue to be resolved.
The restaurant owner was informed but chose not to come out and speak to us at all — possibly out of embarrassment, which only made the situation worse. As someone with experience in hospitality, I found the lack of professionalism, and accountability deeply disappointing. There was no apology offered, no refund, and no effort made to resolve the situation appropriately.

Definitely not this place. Every time I order for take away from this place and then I come to pick up my order, the cashier worker looks like she has no idea what is going on. There was only 1 customer at that place (not busy so you’d assume a person would have the mental capacity to keep track of paying customer’s orders) and they’ve manage to lose my order multiple times. The girl said “we did not get your order but we will start making it now” … I stand there for 15 minutes thinking they’ve started (she saw me standing there the whole time)… then she comes back to me after 15 minutes and says “umm did you want to order it now” … implying that they didn’t even start making it yet (again still with only 1 customer eating at their restaurant). So I’m waiting for another 15 minutes. I understand mistakes happen, but this was another level of incompetency.
