Revised opinion. You just need to use the right staff member. When you do, it's about as good as food court Chinese gets and they will cook it as you want. The elder lady and young man who serve front of house pay attention and get to know you. The other front of house staff... less so. Despite repeating the order, 'egg fried rice and black bean' became 'boiled rice and black bean'. Even better is the person on the phone protested that I ordered something I have never, and would never order. General opinion of this place is that unless you get the staff that pay attention, it's basically pot luck as to what quality or accuracy you will get. In future I will nominate who takes my order. That way, I might someone awake. A real shame because when they get it right, it's good food.

Ordered a SEAFOOD fried koay teow for $18.50 for lunch and this was how it came out: 2 pieces of frozen shrimp, 1 piece of artificial fish cake with a bunch of starchy flat noodles overly fried which left a burnt aftertaste from the wok. You may need to change name of your menu item again for accuracy. No other seafood presented in this dish than 2 frozen shrimps. Overall food tastes bland and oily. Wondering how the business still surviving as is. Absolutely rubbish! šŸ˜’

I ordered a chicken fried rice, look at the difference between the display photo and the real thing I got, I could barely see any chicken and there was lucky a quarter of the egg in there, and it was $24!!!!! how much does it cost to make a chicken fried rice, $4-5? And I’m being generous! That’s like mad profit on a chicken fried rice! Do you even pay tax on the profit you made by ripping off customers???

The lady who took our order had a very hard time understanding us. The menu clearly said that you can order char siu pork with either rice, dry noodle or soup noodle but she argued that the picture only showed with rice. Eventually she gave in but portion size was too small for what it was worth. The char siu also did not look like their regular char siu as Ive eaten in this exact same branch before several times for several years. The taste was ok but customer service could have been better. She also does not seem to realise that shooing your customers is quite rude. Very upset about this one person. The combination crispy noodles are not offered with combo seafood and chicken and pork anymore, only plain seafood. The noodles were also significantly thinner than they were before. A shame as it was my favorite dish of theirs. Guess I will have to go find a better...

Definitely different simce they renovated & reopened. Unfortunately not in a good way. Had the Noodles with Honey Chicken & Mongolian Beef. Noodles were cold and not as flavoursome as they used to be. Honey Chicken tasted good but had no crunch at all and were all squished in the container. The sauce for the Mongolian beef was definitely different as it was a dark pink but taste was still good. The veggies in it were raw though and every piece of beef waa chewy and inedible. And to top it off, the asian lady being served next to me was asked if she was eating in and given a larger serving with no lid, however our food was all squashed together and lid put on as they didn't bother to ask. Not a big deal but its not nice to be singled out for being an Aussie. It's a shame as my kids love eating here. Hopefully the quality can go back to the way...

BE AWARE VERBALLY ABUSIVE OWNER! I went in to buy rice and chicken with my small kids, however returned after 1/2 hr (as i lost my phone while at the shops) So i thought id ask where i had been last if anyone had handed the phone in. That one particular staff member older male, started shouting at me pointing at the cameras and saying ' management' and he will prove to me something? He raised his voice shouting at me as i was left speechless. SO UTTERLY RUDE AND HAS NO MANNERS, they all looked like headless chooks when i asked a simple question! He also said he will only provide phone services if i buy food? Otherwise he wont help me! First of all i dont need anyone yelling at me for kindly asking had i left my phone there earlier by accident while paying. Oh and by the way the RICE was way over cooked i almost...
