MOULDY CHICKEN! If I could give less than one star I would. I understand that every business has bad days and in particular restaurants. What we received today was just a “bad day” it’s a day that has left us sick and could have been deadly. We ordered 2x Chicken Bacon Flat grills (added avocado) and large chips, mango frappe to be delivered (paid for priority delivery, so this definitely wasn’t caused by the delivery service).
Starting off with the least of problems: LARGE CHIPS: Came not even half full came cold, and not even seasoned. Forgot the sauce aswell only food thing at least the chips being half full meant we had less food wastage.
ROTTEN AVOCADO Whilst we understand that avocado once opened discolours fairly quickly but this was just some mild discolouration in the time it took to go from Kitchen to Customer it was very much rotten avocado. (Photos attached)
MOULDY CHICKEN: I really don’t know how on earth whoever put together our food that it was up to standard to serve. If you wouldn’t eat what you serve up to customers then you shouldn’t serve it. VERY VERY CLEARLY MOULDY, What on earth kind of chicken has blue/green bits in it. You can’t tell me that’s just how chickens come. This has now left everyone who had some with food poisoning, we are now all glued to throne.
On a good note the mango frappe was good, You can’t go wrong with syrup and ice. Whilst thankfully it arrived still frozen especially since today warm, it comes with the unfortunate justification that the food served was definitely rotten from the start THE KITCHEN. I can’t believe in all of this all I can think of is how much I wish damage/rotting it was caused by the delivery side of the process because now I’m left wondering how many poor other customers have received the rotten food in particular the chicken.
OFF CHICKEN IS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS AND CAN KILL YOU.

At the counter I ordered an extra strong Almond latte, soft poached eggs, bacon, mushrooms and gluten free toast. The staff were nice but quietly spoken. The staff member repeated my order and said full cream milk, I repeated the order, ensuring Almond milk. The coffee was absolutely amazing.
At the time I ordered my food no one was in the cafe. It took about 15 minutes to arrive. When the staff member arrived, they repeated my order stating soft poached eggs. The eggs were flat, probably poached in shallow water. I cut them open and they were hard boiled, the bacon was hardly cooked, the mushrooms weren't evenly cooked, some raw and some cooked and only 1 piece of GF bread.
The server did offer for a new plate, I didn't want any. I also said I waited for half an hour, it was 15 minutes, sorry about that.The front of house staff were nice and polite about everything. I had to pay a surcharge using EFT. Is this the norm now? I understand on a public holiday, the question I ask is, why?
Has this place changed hands, because the food quality has dropped. I didn't take any photos because I just wanted to leave. This is not to diminish anyone or their abilities. To get repeat customers the food really does need improving. If it does I will return and I will be happy to spend money here.

Read moreWe ate here today for lunch to notice that the store was so busy. We did find a seat and ordered through the QR code menu, to jump ahead of the line. we ordered 2 lattes, 1 crispy chicken burger meal, 2 kids ice creams with sprinkles - which was all found on their online menu.
We waited about 20minutes for the 1 meal. Our meal came out first before the coffees, which was unusual. After another 10minutes or our incomplete order, the lady had come to our table to notify us that our kids ice creams have been “sold out” and that the owner had gone to “buy some more ice cream”.. she gave us the option of waiting until the owner returns, or she could refund me, and I could order something else.
I decided that i’ll just get a chocolate cake at the counter and pay whatever $ extra. When I went to the counter, she mentioned that I needed to wait to be refunded because the other, I guess manager guy, “was busy” … Annoyed already, I stood there and told her that I can pay extra for the chocolate slice caked which was just in the front window. After paying the extra for this, I was so disappointed that the cake that was given to us was not fresh!!! I could taste that it’d been sitting there in the window, for who knows how many days..
