East Brunswick Village — Local services in Melbourne

I’ve just moved into EBV and it’s essentially an exact replica of the renders that were developed during the sales process. The amenities, finishes and common areas for residents are spacious and well thought out, I’m super impressed and grateful to have found out about this when I did. The team here at EBV have been wonderful! When I met Brittany who leads the sales team, I felt so at ease and I knew she was coming from a genuine place and couldn’t be more patient or helpful! From the moment I first heard of this project, to when I collected my keys and moved in; it has been a seamless process. George and Anthony the Building Managers are also a dream team and a delight to deal with. Nothing is too hard for these two. Madi who runs the EBV Social Club for residents is such a welcoming addition to the whole village. I cannot wait for other residents to move in so I can get to know other likeminded people who are keen for a community/village vibe. The Coles beneath the building is also another big tick. Whether it’s a last minute ingredient or an unexpected platter to share with visitors, it’s going to be so handy to have a full “pantry” at my doorstep. The staff have been super helpful and friendly, which also encompasses the Community spirit here at EBV. It’s a big thumbs up all round for me and I have settled in...

At the moment the space is dominated by the Coles supermarket and bottle-o. It's a typical Coles with a good range of merchandise - no complaints about operation hours and service. A cafe and a bespoke grocer has opened up in the complex which is encouraging. The Brunswick Tool Library is operating a branch out of a corner of the underground carpark. Because of the Coles there is abundant parking. I prefer the underground parking out of the weather, great access to the ground level via a travelator and a lift. Only have Coles and Liquorland in this complex so far. Great Coles with friendly staff, seems like a newer concept Coles. Underground car park with free 1.5 hour parking. Look forward to seeing what other stores get added to...
