The service is exceptionally late. Three people working not a too busy shop like Rexy kebabs or afghan kebabs. Saw a review saying been waiting for the uber eats order for 2 hours.

When the delivery drivers go there to pick up the order they say just 2 minutes, yet they take ages to prepare it. This could be the reason no driver wants to pick up the order from this kebab shop.

Even the owner is very rude and doesn't care about the online platform orders. He says to cancel the order if we ask them how long it's going to take. Extremely unprofessional. JUST THE OWNER.

Remember every customer and delivery driver plays a very vital role in the business. Word of mouth spreads and the business falls.

Most of the drivers I talked to say not to pick up the orders from the meat shack not because they don't like to but because of late pickup time and how you treat drivers.

And this is not a one-time experience I usually take delivery...

If you love falafels, this place i believe, makes hands down, the best I've had. They're moist and dryness is exactly how I imagine it should be. I'm always eating dry ones but these are absolutely divine as 🙏!!! The staff or lady that was on, a pleasure. She knew how to make us feel welcome . If you sit for a nibble you have to try the falafels.Yum-yum yum is all I can say of this food experience. Never again unforttely ! Purchased the smtall halal snack pack today and they forgot to add cheese like we ordered verbally over the counter, obviously the three young workers were pre occupied. Not only that we got home and opened up the hsp to realise the box was half empty with lamb. What a cop out. So disappointing for a small hsp at $14.50 ! Could be inexperienced staff or new owners just not sure, although the quality is still good. The Display or website will show you a pack witch is full unlike the one we purchased this evening.
