By Josephine’s Bake at Home Cannelé kit has made me feel like a kitchen genius. I’d never have tackled cannelé, those delicious French patisserie sweet treats, but this French vanilla and rum kit has filled the house with a delicious scent and now they’re out of the oven and cooled, they’re not going to last long.

With moulds, dry ingredients, vanilla/rum mix and recipe included in the kit, it was just the fresh ingredients to add & follow the instructions. The consistency was perfect, the caramelised exterior shiny and tempting, the taste - superb!

Shall be re-ordering the refills but now need to exercise self-restraint as I don’t think they should be eaten...

Hands down the best macarons in Melbourne! I’ve been a fan of By Josephine for years, and I’m so glad to see Josephine back at the markets and even pop up's at Barkley Square from time to time. The macarons are always perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside—absolutely divine. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out on a true French...

Josephine was easy to contact and very flexible for pick up times, which I appreciated. My mother adored the macaroons. They were full of flavour - which is hard to come by- and very beautiful. I'm very impressed. The last time we had macaroons this good was in Hobart a few years ago. None to compare to these in Melbourne I reckon. ...
