Worst shopping experience of my life. From the moment I stepped through the door I knew today different, there was a worker the supposed “manger” of the store who I’ve never seen before but I’ve had a really pleasant experience with past workers, but this one was completely and utterly disrespectful, uninviting, rude and unprofessional my girlfriend and I stepped into our favourite store and made eye contact with the worker around 4:05 pm 9/07/2024 and instead of a welcoming comment or inviting smile she continued to talk on the phone to what appeared to be a friend about an outside of work conversation/event and walked away not offering help or interest as us as customers (there where no other customers in the store at the time). We then grabbed our desired product of purchase and then waited at the register which felt like forever seeming there was no one else in the store while she continued her conversation on the work phone instead of helping a regular customers which she was fully aware of us being there eventually when she finally decided to help us she proceeded to stay on the phone talk and with no words said pointed at the efpos machine to pay with no verbal communication like we were interrupting her free time and then when I said thank you I didn’t even get a smile or have a nice day the phone was much to important for us customers we used to love this store but because of this disrespect interaction we will no longer be coming back to this store or any of the franchises ever again please take this feedback on board and create better experiences for customers or you will be left with...

Her staff checked that there was stock for a certain Pokemon etb but the manager said there was none. Not sure if she lying or just trying to prevent customers from buying the Pokemon. When I asked her she was rude and did not bother to go check the store room if there was any stock left. I waited 40mins for the manager so that I can get the Pokemon but when she finally arrived the manager did not even bother to check if there was any stock left. The other staff member was kind enough to apologise for wasting my time but the manager was not. Honestly lying to customers should be held accountable. I had only asked for 3 packets of trading cards and when I arrived home found i was charged for 4 on my receipt, but still only was provided with the 3 as requested. I returned to the store to be told they could not refund me the $8 I was overcharged as they could not confirm if they made the error, or that I was being dishonest.
