I would Reccommend Cafe Otto. I tried out a new cafe in Knox today. Was drawn in by the comfy couches and wanted somewhere to eat a quick brunch. I'm glad to say Cafe Otto is a real hidden gem! I tried their Biscoff latte, ham and cheese toasted croissant and custard tart. Biscoff latte was delicious, a bit on the sweet side so maybe not for me. It also comes with a biscoff cookie which was a pleasant surprise. Their custard tart is also a must have it's my favourite out of all the food I tried. His manner is acusatory and disrespectful which I've observed with other patrons but recently with myself. The other staff are helpful and approach with maturity and respect for their customers but the manager behaves as though he has entitlement to behave so poorly to people he does not like or disagree with.
