The worst customer service!
I visit the restaurant almost once a week, customer service was ok but food usually arrived so quickly.
Today I sat down for lunch and ordered through the iPad. 15 minutes passed, then I asked the Asian waiter to check my order. He didnāt even check and told me that the kitchen was preparing my order. Another 10 minutes passed, he told me that thereās an error on their internet connection, so the kitchen couldnāt see my order and he reorder for me. Another 10 minutes passed, I asked him to check when will my order be arrived. He replied me that he didnāt know and thereās nothing he can help me with, he also said the kitchen was so busy. When I was about to leave, my order arrived. I was on the phone with my doctor while I was about to leave and pay for the bill. The same waiter came and asked if Iām done, I told him yes. I didnāt know he was waiting for me to pay for the bill as I was still on the phone and I didnāt even tell him that I was ready to pay. Then he talked to me, he said that heāve been waiting for me to pay for the bill. I said sorry to him but he gave me attitude and replied āThereās another customer waiting to pay for the bill, you are holding me up and we are all waiting for you!ā That made me so mad and I told him that I didnāt even complain about that over 30 minutes wait for my food to come! I do not understand why he wouldnāt take the payment from the other customer before me? Is that waiter just not smart enough or does the business need to provide better customer service training to their staff?
Iām sure there are lots of competitors around with better customer service. I will never...

The staff needs to undergo refresher hospitality training as we requested water and were made to feel unwelcome and it was an unpleasant exchange. They were quite conservative with the tap water this seemed to be quite policed, as the paper cups were only half filled. As we ate the sushi it was quite salty so we requested a top up of water and the staff person yelled at us asking what we want. They once again only filled it up half way and were quite frustrated. We didn't have the option to help ourselves either as there was signage on all the water jugs saying staff only. I also witnessed another customer getting up from their booth walking all the way to the pay station stand there and kindly ask for a top up of water. I feel this experience is consistent and is quite lacking as a customer. The tap water is free and across other franchises I have never had this issue so was quite shocked as it was our first time eating at this franchise, as we trusted it and had many successes dining previously at the Ozone, Eastland and Glen branches. I wouldn't recommend dining in unless you enjoy a hostile environment, however the sushi selection is okay so you can always opt for takeaway with unlimited stress free...
