I haven't eaten GP since I was a kid. Mum would use them for pizza bases before she started making her own dough from scratch. I decided to purchase them last weekend for an 18th bday to accompany the grazing charcuterie boxes as I recall a friend of mine raving on about Gerry's Pitties. I pan fried them a little so they were slightly crisp and golden but still soft in the middle. Added a bit of rock salt and cut them into small triangles. Omg... they haven't changed a bit and they were such a hit. Still so delicious and that great soft yummy texture.
