The staff was rushing me and while i was choosing, already punched in the first ones i chose and asked to pay, and when adding more items, i ended up buying more than i had to as there was a minimum of $20. I was a bit upset as staff was rushing, making unnecessary frowns, and making. I’ve been to Masarap Bakery twice. The second time was today. I bought ensaymada, ube pandesal and regular pandesal.

My partner had eaten at least half of a pandesal, bought about two hours before, which was coated in mold on the bottom. Yes, mold.

I called Masarap Bakery to tell them and sent them photos. I never heard back.I had driven over from Prahran, so was disappointed by the lack of response to my feedback.

I wasted my time coming here today because they only take cash. I rang few mins before I came to the shop if they have an eftpos machine and a woman that answered the phone said 'yes'. She obviously didnt know what eftpos means. C'mon this is 2021 everyone uses cards. They just don't want to pay bank fees..
