Excellent customer service. The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too difficult for them. The customer service surpasses all their competitors at Hawthorn as well as Abbotsford in my humble opinion. There is a great range of Asian groceries available at a very reasonable cost. Many items like fresh noodles, rice, bean sprouts and some canned goods are cheaper than their competitors.The Asian Greens are also pretty fresh looking compared to some of their competitors. Their selection of takeaways like nasi lemak, kuehs, hainanese chicken rice, meehoon siam are excellent value, tasty and very authentic. I have such great respect for the two girls manning the cashiers. Earlier today they had to deal with this incredibly rude and disrespectful customer. She kept insulting the way they talked, shouted, and kicked up a huge fuss. I could see that the two girls were visibly upset (one girl's hands started shaking violently in the middle of dealing with her), yet they still managed to sound calm and serve the other customers really well. I definitely would've cussed out that Karen or cried if I were in their shoes! 10/10 service, hopefully that customer never comes back.

This shop offers a lot of Asian groceries which is great. I always get Asian products here for the past 4 years. However, I’m really disappointed with your shop recently. I went to get a product last week. The price during checkout is actually doubled the price shown on the price tag. That obviously was your problem and we have to follow whatever is shown on the price tag. But your staff insisted that the price shown at the checkout was correct and he said that they are short of staff so they couldn’t update the price tag. I felt sorry, but at the same time, short of staff is not my problem. Extremely disappointed with the reply...
