High Street Preston Pharmacy — Local services in Melbourne

This is the best pharmacy that I have been to in Melbourne. Yes, I said the BEST I have been to.

For over 7 years I have been coming here and despite moving, I still come back here because they keep the medication I need.

I can count on getting good honest advice from the pharmacist while understanding my medication I have and taking that into account. They remember my name and even what I was last in for or what is going on.

Although this is a small pharmacy, if you want or need something then just ask, after all you never know what they have access to and they may know of a product or aid on the market that you haven't thought of.

I can honestly say that they ALL care in here about you and your health. Give them a go.

Many people were waiting for a blood test and unfortunately the guy who was doing the blood tests was only there until 11 and the person taking over him was not coming in (open to 12). The issue I have was that I and another person had to be the PA telling all the people that were coming in that there was no blood tests. I finally had to ask the receptionist to put a sign up. Probably took 15 min to put the sign up. I was glad that she listened and put the sign up. I'm not kidding in saying that I had to tell about 8-15 people this information. Incredibly disappointing. Denied medical service to my partner on a rainy day who was trying to get medicine for myself. Done so on the basis that I didn't need 'decongestant cough syrup' because 'they don't have a heavy cough'. I guess years of sinusitis and related surgeries due to sinus and nasal issues including a deviated septum and other conditions that lead to any colds to cause me incredible sinus issues just don't matter then. I'd assume it's because my partner has tattoo. I hope they're ashamed for denying medical service and making my partner run down the road further in the rain to chemist warehouse instead.
