I have E8 machine. As making coffee is really good but design was done by an imbecile. To make coffee with milk you have to place mug on the edge of the try. You can't regulate amount of froth at all. That is all about machine. The other problem is with service. I was lucky that here in Cairns we have a repair shop. I left broken machine, still under warranty there. After two weeks of nothing I went back to ask what is going on. They said that will be looked at in a day or two!!! Than, after calling office in Melbourne 3 days in a row I've been told that repair turnaround is 6 weeks!!! Finally today after 4 weeks got the quote and request to pay nearly $300 for repair (under warranty) stating that machine was damaged by couple of cockroaches. To get machine back I had to pay and will have to wait for the repair to be completed and than to receive an office confirmation to collect it. All experience is absolutely ridiculous. But I have to say (and don’t worry, it’s a good but) what I am more Impressed with was the service…Jura’s Customer service was second to none. Our customer service tech Laura did everything she could to go above and beyond the role that she gets paid to do. We had some issues with a technical fault (let’s be honest, it happens in the tech world we live in) That Laura truly went above to help us out and make us happy, because for her it’s all that was important.. making sure we were happy!
