On Saturday ~ 18/01/25, I bought Back to School Lunch containers & Lunch bags from the Kitchen Warehouse along Warrigal Road.

I was assisted by George who was Professional and Pleasant. He was well versed in his suggestions and made for a hustle free experience.

Unfortunately, once I got home, the lunch bags didn’t leave room for the School Lap Top (I advice School Parents to take the School bags with them for clarity)

On Tuesday ~ 21/01/2025, I brought the items back to the store for a refund. I presented Lachlan my receipt and he did the refund transaction.

Coincidentally, the Area Manager was visiting the store. He’s the one who suggested tagging along the school bags, in making the selection easier. I commend him for his wonderful rapport with me. He introduced the Store Manager who had just finished putting through a transaction. She was lovely and cited him as a great colleague :)

I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Kate who gave us a massive help today.

My partner and I were tossing up between Baccarat and Yaxell knives as an early Christmas present for him. Kate was very warm and welcoming, and kindly let him have a feel of the knives to find a good fit. In the end we went with Yaxell due to her recommendation. We weren’t able to get our hands on the smaller size, but she still went the extra mile to call other stores and give us the number to contact Customer Support. We ended up upgrading to a larger size.

It really made us feel at ease with our decision - especially considering knife sets like these are higher-end and a hefty investment. Kate helped us feel really confident in our decision and also had great conversational skills and banter, making our interaction feel less daunting.
