Was told 30 minutes wait took an hour and 20 mins to get our food, and then when we finally got to eat it, it was barely warm and some just cold, fish was dry, overcooked and rubbery. Many other customers in the shop also had to wait over an hour to get their food because they took orders from the day before and obviously overbooked themselves but didn’t have the decency to tell people the wait time was over an hour, and instead was told you aren’t the only ones waiting many people are waiting. Very rude staff customers angry and walking out of the store, maybe when they aren’t busy it might be better, but could not recommend this place from...

Edit: I have since tried this fish shop several times now. I think my 1st experience was really un lucky. Easily best in the area now. Always fresh and tasty, and good customer service. Keep up the great work.

The potatoe cakes were tiny and at $2 you would have to be joking, and the flake was just an average size but the batter on both item's was so hard, I couldn't even bite into them In fact I lost a filling on my tooth for trying. The chips were cooked nice and the calamari was tender. That's why the 2 stars. I do hope they improve and get thing in order so they can...

Sorry guys but not good at all ,at 5.50pm today I ordered 1,hamburger with lettuce ,tomato and cheese ,( yes cheeseburger ) 2 potato cakes ,6 pack onion rings and 1 dim sim .

With no other order before mine but 2 orders after me ,my order took 35 minutes ( afer i was told 10-15 minutes ) then dim sim burnt and onion rings just flower no onion at all for price ,burger pretty plane .

Guys you have one worker that can't do everything but safe you money but you lost another customer tonight .
