Sanctuary Lake Resort Services is the administration office for the Sanctuary Lakes Estate. It is not a hotel or resort. There are the Quest serviced apartments about 100m up the road a the Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club House, including a restaurant open the public, in the next building. In the same building as the admin office is the Waterstone cafe, again open to the public. Also in the same building as the admin office is the Sanctuary Lakes Recreation Club but this is only for the use of Sanctuary lakes residents.

Wide open spaces, clean tree lined streets, friendly staff. The gym is clean but small, however big enough for the clientele. Classes suit working people (early starts) and has a choice from yoga to boxing and everything in between. Staff are friendly and spritely at 6am which is rare. Place not bad needs dusting. Carpets/upholstery needs cleaning every 3 months depends on occupancy if not 6 months. Carpet smells. Place needs airing before you could stay inside.
