Its very busy in the carpark and people are not very observant. The pedestrian crossings are not easy to see so drive slowly. Unless its vital to shop here, I would recommend doing click and collect and avoiding long visits. Incidents where public safety is at risk due to badly trained security and allowing people to become aggressive without any action, should not be accepted, especially in an area where there are alot of families, elderly and public that may not be able to communicate when confronted. My housemate and I watched as someone was confronted very aggressively and spat on, while the security guard watched and fumbled with his mobile he said nothing or even approached but watched as people walked past and had traffic stopped since it was occurring in the middle of the zebra crossing at the entrance next to Pizza hut and Nandos. After the incident the spitter made his way into the centre and walked into Woolworths and shopped and then walked out. Im assuming the security guard was either tending to the person that was spat on but im not sure why he would not follow the spitter as he was obviously unpredictable. Please train your staff on public safety. People already feel uneasy and fear most things due to covid. Side note, the spitter was also not wearing a mask. Which was something the security guard should be enforcing not only because its his job, but for communities public health and safety. Or was there no lock down for the security guards in keysborough? Really upsetting to see the public so scared because they can't even shop in peace when things can occur that can should be detered by poeple hired to provide public safety. I hope this is not something that happens all the time I would hate to see someone physically hurt before management address public...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there to get my sons watch engraved with my phone number. I approached a man at a stand when my mother's says ",no, go to the one down more, this Chinese man works there so it'll be cheaper. We all have it in our heads that our own race will relate, show us empathy, look after us in price, not rip us off but we need to stop stereotyping because the notion of helping your own kind concept sounds good, makes sense and shows understanding because we look like them. And not a white Australian. Turns out the Chinese guy was going to charge us by the letter which I told my mother, no fukking way, I'm going to ask the guy that I had intended to see. The Chinese jerk not only tried to rip us off but wanted us to return 2 hours later!! This European guy not only let you engrave as much as you wanted and get this, come back in 10 minutes he tells me. Point of this story is to shop around. The unspoken law to help your own nationality is not the case anymore, they know we expect to be galen care of arms so they play it as if they're helping you out when you're actually their prey. Don't factor race when shopping, not the way immigrant parents believes and yes, many minds ago this was the case but those days are gone. We're all cross breeding, I have an Egyptian, German, Chinese, Vietnamese Australian born and bred 7yo son so no judgement. I'm just making an observation. I'm, we're killing our nationality by having mixed relationships. GUILTY!! I'm just saying, don't you...

Please Parkmore, remove the current travellator and install a new one - or are your customers supposed to put up with the ongoing working - not working - working - not working travellator. Update 08/08/ 25: fixed for a few days and again up travelator to the car park is not working. This is getting beyond a joke now. My guess is this needs to be completely replaced and they are doing band aid fixes to save a bit of $$. Update 02/08/25: Yet again the travelator near Coles is out of action. Suprise surprise it's the one going up again. Does the management of Parkmore even look at reviews posted. Out of principle i went back to my car and went to Woolworths in Keysborough South. The travelator near Coles has been repeatedly out of service, and the problem seems to be getting worse. Over the past few weeks alone, it has been broken for several days, briefly repaired, and then failed again. Most concerning is that it's always the travelator leading up to the rooftop car park, with no alternative access available. This issue has persisted for years, making it especially difficult for elderly shoppers who struggle to navigate the incline without a functioning travelator. If Parkmore is unable to implement a permanent fix, then a reliable alternative route to the rooftop car park should be provided to ensure accessibility for...
