The Coffee Club Café - Parkmore VIC — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went to dine in there with my kids yesterday & the latte I ordered was given to the wrong table next to the one we were sitting & after 5 minutes the waitress was rushing with another coffee with a plastic takeaway cup & tried to give me the coffee she already served to the other table without knowing I noticed the scene, when she knew that I observed the scene she said it’s not being touched , I said specially in a pandemic it’s not safe for me to have the one which you already served to other customer regardless of the fact being touched or not being touched,then the waitress was making faces & said she will bring another one for me.I reckon they need a lot of improvement with...

Food and customer service was very poor and rude. I won't be coming again here and will be sharing my experience with clients. Coffee had a burnt taste and food not worth the cost. I also saw one of the staff members be extremely rude to an elderly couple who didn't want to sit at a dirty table and the waitress couldn't careless about how she acted and treat them. When approached by the elderly couple she didnt even apologise instead she just sat on her phone and pulled faces. None of the other staff members could care as well and just laughed at the whole...

Since the renovation the place is much nicer to sit at but the coffee is a work in progress. Staff need to hone their barrister skills. We ordered 3 coffees, 2 were too milky, hardly a hint of coffee and Luke warm. The pistachio hot chocolate was again, Luke warm and the pistachio was nowhere to be found..if you’re going to advertise like the board please try to give the customer what’s pictured.
