Visited this place on the 2nd of July at between 12:15pm to 12:25pm. It was my first time visiting and it has left a really bad impression.
Like I don't know how the business owner is expecting any sales when there is no one at the cash register. Like when I walked in, there were 2 customers waiting at the register, who seemed to be waited for a while. They rang the bell time and time again but still no answer. I even went up to the door of the staff room alert an employee that they have customers, but I got no answer. For obvious reasons i couldn't walk straight pass the door as i am not an employee. But around 12:22pm an came out to serve the customers.
I have reasons to believe that she might've been at only employee present. Which is quite awful that because you have just one person to manage the store, serve customers, manage the warehouse and more all alone - clearly a case of poor management if you just have one employee...
Read moreShonky place. Bought 7 dayz rice 20kg which was on sale, got to the counter, apparently it's not on sale as per advertised, however, managed to convince the sales person by showing the sign. Paid for the items, went to the car and come back as I forgot to buy coconut milk. Bought the one which was on sale (large sign of the sale item) , went to the counter and they charged the full amount. Told the sales person this is advertised as on sale. Person at the counter went down the isle and removed the sale sign and said I paid the correct amount. Sales staff never acknowledge customers, no hello, no thank you. They do not make eye contact and seems very unhappy to be there. It amaze me how businesses with bad customer service and less than ideal business practices can survive in the current competitive environment . I have the receipts of all items I purchased if the business needs proof. I won't be going to this...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer at this store for many years. Before, the staff were always kind and helpful, even when I had language difficulties. But now, things have changed badly.
The shelves are often empty, and the staff don’t care about customers anymore. The person at the front counter ignored me, and when I asked another staff member, she carelessly said, “go ask at the front” and walked away. No one seems interested in helping.
This is very disappointing. The store used to be so good, but now the service is poor and unprofessional. Management needs to seriously rethink how staff are trained and who is being hired. Customers deserve respect and proper service.
