February this year I complained to the managers of the HSV Cafe about the lack of service leadership or care taken by their staff. On March 11, I got a call from Mr Ratnam Kandasari, who said he was on the HSV Board and would investigate the Miriam of complaints about the cafe & get back to me. Fast forward April 28 (today), I placed an order for two large (250 ml) of Sambar, they have stopped selling takeaway sambar, because of my complaints. I spoke to the manager Roy Lambert, he advised due to my complaints of poor service quantity & staff. Management have decided to stop selling take away, sambar or any of the curries they make. I promptly rang Ratnam, left two voicemail messages, no response. They are cowards and chose to hide, rather than address the issue, importantly they are beholding to the paying public and the Vic government who funded...

Visited the temple for new year. Car traffic management has been excellent however the canteen order system is as dismal as ever. Huge lines snaking through with over an hour wait to just place an order with only 1 counter open when they have 2. The canteen is mentioned to have been run by volunteers who are under the pump to deliver for huge event however it’s not an excuse for temple management for poor planning & organistion again to deliver one of the biggest event...

We also enjoy shooting weddings here. The building is huge! I'm guessing we have shot about a hundred wedding videos here now, and every single experience is very nice :) I really like how big the space is. And every couple who is married here has a great time. They all decorate the interior differently each time, so I'm guessing they have a lot of freedom with that.
