Worst customer service .. literally lady don’t have any value how to behave with customers.she was very rude… never coming back Such an unprofessional staff and manage I bought a cake from here for my son's birthday and it was moldy !! This is against health regulations and needs to be investigated by the health department we went back to get a refund and was refused and disrespectful terrible customer service and very unprofessional why did no one's investigated this cheesecake lots of people's write and reports them and they still not trying to fix it worst experience I have and they did destroy my son's birthday and we couldn't have to cut a birthday cake or celebrate it thanks for Ruining my son's birthday and don't worry police are welcome to come any times had nothing to be scared of I have a voice recorded how she was refused to change the cake or give us a refund to good luck because I have evidence to 😂and lots of people's have the same problems as me I am not the first one's why would someone's just wants to celebrate birthday and wants to renuided it and drive to the shop for no reason tell me I have nothing to worry about thanks for Ruining my son birthday and keeping him with out eating cake when he went there with he's dad to get he's favourite cake when he didn't have a dinner because he was excited and waiting to eat from it, teach !your sttuf how to be respectful and responsible when they talk to the customers my husband went with the kids peacefully we was just wants to celebrate a...

Like always, I prefer buying cakes from this particular Cheesecake franchise at Hoppers Crossing. However, this time, I am way too disappointed. It is my daughter's birthday today and I have asked for an eggless black forest cake (because of few guests who are vegetarian). Anyhow, the cake shown to me looked as if there were 2 infiltration marks as if someone has injected either candles or spoons. The lady who attended to me said, she can get it rectified. I did ask for another piece but they don't have any other prepared. Well, my options were limited as I had to get an eggless one. So, agreed with her with a hope that this would be fixed.

Please look closely underneath the letter B (Birthday) and T (Anahat). Sadly, the lady never got it fixed.

And just for merely writing this happy birthday message, she has charged me $5 extra. I agreed and was more than happy to pay $5 extra but wasn't anticipating this simple and plain text with chocolate. At least, they should have used a frozen chocolate base or cookie to write this birthday text.

Overall, it was a very poor customer service, there was hardly any positive and friendly vibes as they should be at any retail place facing customers. Honestly, I am way too dissatisfied with them this time. And, I have decided never to visit this particular Cheesecake...

Ordered a custom cake I explained how I wanted the cake however the “decorater” which is also the owner of the shop did not follow the instructions of the design I wanted when I addressed the issue with her she was really passive aggressive and was trying to tell me I’m making a big issue for no reason and that I’m just looking for a discount when as a customer I have the right to receive what I pay for a is promised and if the customers needs is not met Ita my right to take my cake and get a complete refund the discount should’ve not even been questioned. I was happy to wait nd get the cake remade and pay the full amount she didn’t give me that option just told me not to pick up the cake and she had no problem with just throwing it in the bin nd wasting the cake. Very rude owner tried to blame her disgusting work on her staff who didn’t even touch the cake. Please don’t order from this store their cakes are not fresh she does not care about freshness and hygiene at all mind you she wanted me to pay $96 for a custome cake that had a wedding pic on it and she made it look like a 3 year olds...
