Worst customer service .. literally lady donāt have any value how to behave with customers.she was very rude⦠never coming back Such an unprofessional staff and manage I bought a cake from here for my son's birthday and it was moldy !! It is my daughter's birthday today and I have asked for an eggless black forest cake (because of few guests who are vegetarian). Anyhow, the cake shown to me looked as if there were 2 infiltration marks as if someone has injected either candles or spoons. The lady who attended to me said, she can get it rectified. I did ask for another piece but they don't have any other prepared. Well, my options were limited as I had to get an eggless one. So, agreed with her with a hope that this would be fixed.
Please look closely underneath the letter B (Birthday) and T (Anahat). Sadly, the lady never got it fixed.
And just for merely writing this happy birthday message, she has charged me $5 extra. I agreed and was more than happy to pay $5 extra but wasn't anticipating this simple and plain text with chocolate. At least, they should have used a frozen chocolate base or cookie to write this birthday text.
Overall, it was a very poor customer service, there was hardly any positive and friendly vibes as they should be at any retail place facing customers. Honestly, I am way too dissatisfied with them this time. And, I have decided never to visit this particular Cheesecake...
