Yesterday we bought Family pack of goat biriyani and butter chicken and butter naan for our dinner and all of us were too hungry after a long day of outing. The taste of the food were as usual good but unfortunately in my portion of the biriyani I got a dead small cockroach which actually ruined the whole spirit of our dinner😞 My kids were super hungry and they ate all of it and I don’t know what had happened in their portion of the biriyani. Luckily I was the last person who was eating and with my hand so I found that and I am very scared now for buying again from their shop. Biriyani is the all time favourite item for my kids and we have tried so many times but this is the first time have happened. But now onwards I will be rethinking for buying again from Biriyani House Hoppers Crossing. I called the restaurant immediately after found the cockroach and informed them. They apologised but told me that in my next visit they will give me 50% off on the purchase of Family pack of goat biriyani. I should say thank you them for their offer and they should have refund all of the whole amount. After all it is not about the money it is all about the hygiene and safety of the food. I am not going to buy again from them any more because I am really concern about their food hygiene. The manager named Nazia gave me the offer for 50% off for my next purchase but I should say thanks to them if they could have refund the money and really care of their food hygiene in the future that would be more appreciable. She also asked if I making mistake with the cockroach with the fried onion. That is why I took the picture and sent them. I will suggest all the customers to look at the food before giving the portion on the plate of your kids or your guest or on your own plate. Hope the restaurant will take this seriously and take care off their food quality...
Read moreWorst customer service. The waitstaff at the front is never ready to listen to customer needs and requests. It happened evry time i ordered from here and never intended to complaint. But this time im doing it. I called around 6pm yesterday to order briyani deal with goat briyani double masala, veg Biryani very mild with less veggies and more rice and chicken 65. Clearly on the phone i mentioned that i want goat briyani double masala and veg Biryani very mild. The waiter was so rude that she discounted the phone twice and replied so rudely. When i was picking up the order i doubled checked with her that the Biryani’s are the same as I requested. She said yes. When i came home and started eating its the same complaint again. The veg briyani was so spicy that i was not able to eat. Goat briyani was not spicy at all. Chicken 65 was not cooked inside and they use too much of tandoori colour in chicken 65. It is not the first time happening here. Evry time i order i specifically mention the spice but never got my order as requested. They donot even give salan with the Biryani. I ordered 2 briyani’s and got only raita. Upon asking 2 times she has given 1 cup of salan which was filled with half container. When i asked that i ordered 2 Biryani’s and need one more salan she replied rudely that we wont give both salan and Raita with the Biryani. We give only one either raita or salan and if you need both then you have to pay for that. Common man this is Hyderabadi dum Biryani. None of the restaurants refuse to give raita and salan with the Biryani. I donot know what is the problem with the staff they never respond properly and give the the same order what we want. They dont even clean the premises properly and the place was stinking.. Never coming back here. Worst customer...
Read moreNegative reviews do effect businesses!!!! But multiple bad experiences force customers like us to write a review like this. First instance was when we ordered 2 family pack starters for our house party (Chicken haryali kebab and Pathar ka gosht). Pathar ka gosht was amazing, but Chicken haryali Kebab was totally under cooked (pictures attached). Contacted restaurant to inform, the owner says thats how the dish is. His advice was to microwave the dish for few minutes if we want it fully cooked. We spent around $240 just for those 2 dishes. Second instance is tonight when we ordered haleem and goat biryani. I specifically called the restaurant and requested for extra masala in the biryani, coz everytime I order biryani here, its too bland. When I got home and started serving biryani, just like every other time biryani was without any masala and rice was under cooked. I ended up calling the restaurant and the person who answered the call asks me if I know "what dum biryani is?" - Offcourse yes i do know what dum biryani is as I'm hyderabadi and i have tasted the best biryani's in hyderabad and Melbourne... All I told her was that I would never ever visit their restaurant again....
