Still waiting for a email reply. Bought a 1450 poly board with fins and grip. Son duck dived one small wave and board has 2 significant dings. Emailed pics to sandbah and they said quite normal for poly boards to ding this way. I rang other shops and asked people at beach showing them the board and they all disagreed with sandbah. Yes the board will ding but quality boards won't ding that easily. Now sandbah won't reply. The most disappointing part is we always recommend sandbah because of the staff.
