Found a really nice chess set for my friend and decided to purchase it and the old man behind the counter who I believe to be the store owners father, lifted out the chess set with all the pieces on the board and sat it down on a table, and while doing so, one piece was dropped and broke in half, he barely acknowledged the fact that it broke and still charged me full price for the set. So now this very unique chess set is damaged and while my friend still greatly appreciated the gift, he'll be reminded of the incompetence of the man who didn't care enough about the sale of this product to take...

This store stocks some awesome games. The guy who runs the place was super nice- he took time to talk us through, and make some reccomendations for 2 player games to try (always awkward/limited for 2) they have lots of options in store and the recommendations turned out to be excellent. Will definitely be going back/ordering...
