Ordered the Haloumi Chips, Grill Tiger Prawns and Mixed Seafood Salad The Seafood salad stated that it had "grilled calamari, squid and prawns" also had some "lemon dressing". Well the salad was saturated in oil...my colleague and I waited for patrons to leave so as not to cause a scene and didn't have more than a mouthful of salad to taste.. We called the young waitress and showed her the salad , she disappeared to talk to the chef and the manager Sabbu and Ashish (sorry but also don't trust that it's their real names) - no one came back to our table so we got up and asked to settle the bill but stated that we were not going to pay for the salad that we didn't eat as it was un edible.. The chef laughed and said we wanted free food, what a joke we have eaten there previously as we are reps and have never had a bad experience hence why we went back today... We were not asking for free food just were not willing to pay for food we didn't eat. Supposedly the manager called the owner (Ram) and he said that we had to pay for 1/2 of it...when asked to speak with him we were told he is busy and out of town... However we didn't pay for the salads as we insisted that we were not paying for something inedible. The chef said that the waitress told him we wanted a refund, when I called the waitress over and asked her if we said that her answer was NO...oops When I told the chef that the salad stated it had grilled calamari etc he said they don't "grill" but only pan fry he also didn't know that his menu said "grill".... Will not recommend this place to anyone and as for the manager and the chef they have no customer service skills what so ever...if I could give them a minus review I certainly would 👎👎👎 Oh and by the way when we asked if we could take a photo of the "salad" they conveniently threw it out No recommendations at all

How professional (not) - no apologies from the owner other than posting laughing faces.... No customer service at all no wonder last night's staff didn't have customer...

Went for lunch today on a table of 3. Arrived at 12.30 and ordered at 12.45. Banana milkshake came at 12.55. At 1.30, no sign of food so I went in to politely check how long it would be. I was informed the order had been lost and they would remake it. 2 meals came out within 10 minutes. When the third had not, at 2.30, I went back in to request mine be placed in a take away container as I had to get back to work. I realised the cook was standing around and nothing was cooking. I listened to what he said to one of the waitress staff and he stated, “I already cooked it. If she wants another one she will have to pay for it”. I laughed and told the waitress I hadn’t received it. She agreed with me and it was clear she was trying to convince the cook to cook the meal I had paid for. The poor serving staff were being treated incredibly poorly by the cook. I requested a refund so I could leave and go back to work. The waitresses kept apologising telling me they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. I asked if the cook was the owner of the restaurant and they informed me he was. I have worked in hospitality and understand normal accidents like an order being lost. I have never in my life been accused of eating a meal that was never served to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Additionally, I witnessed 2 other meals ‘get lost’ and a table of 6 turn up for their booking which was not ready. Food looked good, but I’d suggest heading elsewhere if you want service and don’t wish to be...

Not only was my salmon steak a work of art, but it was extremely tasty to boot!! Lovely friendly service - didn't get in the door before I was greeted warmly! I needed a little more time to make up my mind, but i knew what i wanted before i came in!! The menu is varied and inviting, I was disappointed by the last couple of bad reviews in Google Maps, which really do not reflect the service that I got. I really think you need to give people a second chance and sort your issue out at the restaurant before you put a bad review up because someone like me from out of town looking for a healthy fish dinner might not have come because of your review. I'll be back and encourage others to do the same. Pilot Gris was nice too and it was quite pleasant sitting outside...
