I was at the muffin break earlier today with my brother who has multiple levels of epilepsy. I was standing in front of him awaiting service, I ordered my regular coffee that I have and proceeded to sit down at the table when my brother was right behind me. I know he had not ordered his coffee it was to quick. I said are you OK he was confused I sat him down at the table asked him again are you OK he mumbled something so at that point I new if I did not get him back home he may go into a seizure. as I was leaving I asked the not to make my coffee with no response I called out I need to take him home OK still no response. I knew she was ignoring me and did not care I said do you understand English which at this point the other attendant stated yes she does then why then ignore me. At this point I left to get my brother back home. The those two particular staff there no Ian and his condition when you become so arrogant to ignore some one that has a severe disability you should be sacked. Yes the conversation was between myself and the staff they would or should seen that he was not right at he just left the line and instead of making sure I could help they chose to ignore...
   Read moreTERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been buying coffee here on a daily basis, more than 2 months straight but never gotten a simple hi, or simple greeting from any person serving. They are all rude! Smile is not their thing. One time I was browsing their muffins and was told in a rude manner to queue at the back when I was NOT queueing and have already made my order. Another occasion when I was asking for receipt for reimbursement from my company I was told I have to ask receipt in advance. Then another day, I ordered four coffees and making sure it was labelled, so I ask which is which, I was told by a staff with EYES ROLLING "Chillax ok? It's written there." This morning, I orderd 2 coffees, one with 60 ml shot. The lady who served me wrote 60ml in my coffee cover cup which was black so it was barely visible, so I asked which one is with 60 ml. The lady answered "It'swritten there", I said if I saw it I wouldn't be asking. Muffin Break Rockingham customer service is absolutely crap. I WILL NEVER BUY COFFEE...
   Read moreI used to come here for coffee regularly until the quality went downhill and I didnât come back after I was served sour whipped cream. But today at 3pm I was using the tables whilst waiting for someone to do some shopping and was asked to leave the seating because I was in the way for them to mop the floors. Felt very rude. Had nowhere else to sit and wait so had to stand in the walkway in everyoneâs way. Approached the manager and she denied that what she did was rude raised her voice and then asked that I donât put in a complaint. Manager needs some serious customer...
