Motel on New England Highway - as driving west through town - a few blocks from main shopping center - entry to motel you need to watch for sign of driveway on right , no big sign but small on signboard - indicate promptly - turning into motel, from through road - watch for traffic behind which will have to wait - exit into New England Highway - for safety suggest turning left and go round the block to continue west - watch for traffic from right (due to a bend in Highway) - parking space inside is tight - single row of units with parking opposite - breakfast served to unit on time - courteous service - first motel found with an electric jug that actually fitted under tap to refill - congtualtions!! Read moreOn the advice of a friend, we stayed at the Benjamin Motel last weekend. It has a low-key exterior but the interior was a lovely surprise. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully renovated bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities (with fresh milk available) & an iron & Ironing board. Although it was close to the main road, the traffic noise was minimal (a Saturday night) & very little on Sunday morning.
