You get one stamp for every $20 spent, and only after collecting 10 stamps (meaning you’ve spent $200++), you get a free drink capped at $6. There’s only 2 drinks on the entire menu that would be eligible.

Even bubble tea stores offer better value, with half-priced drinks after just 4 purchases and a free drink (no capped value) after 9 purchases.

It just comes across as stingy. If you’re going to promote a reward system, it should feel rewarding, not frustrating. Personally, it does more harm than good in terms of customer goodwill.

While the food tastes great, the portion of meat is very small. Most dishes are heavily bulked up with carbs like noodles or rice, which throws off the balance.

Service-wise, the staff do make an effort, but the attention to detail just isn’t quite there for a waitress.

Also, although the menu states food is available from “noon to moon” (12pm–8pm), many items are often sold out well before closing. It gives the impression of poor portion planning, and it’s disappointing to see advertised options unavailable so frequently.

The gua bao here is hands down the best I’ve had in Australia – perfectly soft buns with rich, flavourful fillings that taste just like home.
