Not so much the station but perhaps the signage to the airport bus could be improved. After I walked around and around for a bit, I decided to walk back in and ask the staff where Stand F was. They directed me and when I got there - there was a quite a big letter B encircled with a white line. Underneath this letter B, the words 'Stand F' were written in much smaller type. Wanted to pay cash and buy a ticket - that should be available to every passenger wishing to travel. WASN'T AVAILABLE. CARD ONLY. I was told to go to 7-11 across the road and buy an opal card- shouldn’t a “Train Station” have this available to its customers. I have a broken foot, it was a mission getting there and back.

De only an elevator in platform 4 at Rockdale Station is terrible useless. Been fixed many times but results was broken again after few days. De station manager knew de lift was broken but they didnt provide an assistance to help to carry de customers stuff, specially de heavy one. Wers de money from gov goin for to fix this problem?
