Visiting this NRMA shop is like an episode of "Mean Girls" every time! How hostile for no apparent reason can blondes be? This time the Headmistress( the hostile receptionist) demanded aggressively "Where are you from anyway?" Since my address was on the Green Slip form that she was holding in her hand, I didn't really understand why she needed to know this.
